I started my career as a Food Technologist working in R&D and moved into sales after about six years developing new and innovative products. As a Business Development Manager I enjoy challenges, problem solving and building relationships. Helping our customers find the right solution for their process, product and needs is rewarding and makes every day interesting.
I have always been fascinated how science and art mix with the food and beverage industry. The industry is constantly changing and improving the way we eat and the impact we have on our environment.
On days off, I love spending time with my amazing wife and three beautiful daughters. We will often pack the car, set up a tent and switch off from the rest of the world - a beach is necessary! I am also an avid cook and love a great smoky BBQ!
