I joined Hawkins Watts as a Business Development Manager after spending the last eight years in the baking industry. After earning my degree in Food Technology from the University of Auckland, I was fortunate enough to also train as a qualified baker during my first job. It was a privilege to learn from many experienced bakers.

I’m very passionate about new product development and problem-solving. Hawkins Watts has a team with diverse backgrounds in the food industry, allowing me to collaborate with the team to solve any challenges our customers face.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors—running, hiking, and fishing. I’ve completed numerous marathons and even an Ironman, so my weekends always kick off with an early morning run. My wife and I are big fans of tropical beaches and snorkeling, so we're constantly on the lookout for great travel deals to escape during the winter months.
