Dushyantha Liyanage

I have been in the food industry in various roles for over two decades, and what I find the most inspiring is the hard-working men and women trying to be the best they can be. I am attracted by the complexities and challenges the industry faces and finding solutions for sustainable outcomes.

My role in the organisation is to drive the value-added products strategy and make it a reality. I am a jack of all trades; hence I work across functions to assist the teams when they require some inspiration. I value the relationships within the greater team, as well as those with suppliers, customers, and the industry.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids. I like exploring new places, long hikes, and playing and watching sports.
