Hi, I'm Declan! I'm a QC technologist at HWA, but also do application projects with the technical team. I love working in the food industry due to the sheer variety of products I get to work on, the interesting science behind many of these products, and of course the many tastings I get to do! Outside of work I love to go to music concerts, play sports with friends or relax watching a good TV show.
