Caroline Milani

I am an Account Manager with a background in Health and Nutrition, and I joined the HWA team in 2025. Over the past decade, I have held client facing roles both in the Health and Food industries. After completing my degree in Nutrition Science with Major in Food Innovation, I moved to a commercially focused direction, working initially with the Healthy foods and Nutraceutical segment. Since then, I also moved across diverse categories including Dairy, Bakery, Snacks, Confectionary, Ready meals, Beverages, Food services and more.

Even after years of working with customers in the food industry, I still get excited by new projects, new product ideas, and supporting EPD and NPD processes in a positive way. I love problem-solving and connecting the right solution to the right product. Continuous learning is important to me, and I genuinely enjoy exchanging of knowledge with my customers and colleagues.

Outside work, you will find me spending time in nature, hiking, travelling, and discovering new restaurants and cafes with my loved ones.
