Once you have found the product you require, please contact
us for pricing and availability.
Our customer service team is available to help you with pricing and availability of ingredients.
Please note that in the majority of cases our minimum order quantity
is 25 kg, as this is usually the minimum pack size provided by the manufacturer.
With varying customer requirements, changes in ingredient availability and the exchange rate we would prefer that you contact us so that we can give you the most up-to-date information on ingredient pricing and availability.

Payment by Credit Card
Please phone 09 622 2720 and ask for Tonia or Caine. We can
take your credit card details over the phone and arrange for
dispatch within 24 hours. Sorry, but for security reasons we
cannot accept credit card details by email.
Payment
by Direct Payment
You can arrange for direct payment to our bank account. We can provide you with
an invoice for payment. Please use this invoice number in the reference field
of your payment to allow us to match up with your request. Upon receipt of the
funds we will dispatch the goods to you as quickly as possible. Orders can usually
be dispatched within 24 hours once the funds have been received.
Payment
by Cheque
You can either send us a cheque (PO Box 12347 Penrose)
where upon we will dispatch the goods to you as quickly as
possible. Orders can usually be dispatched within 24 hours
once the funds have cleared.
If you would like to start an account with us please
download
the credit application form and return to us. Accounts
are for regular customers who purchase at least $500 every
month.
Please allow 3 working days for the processing of account
applications.

Export and supply outside New Zealand
Please note that
HWL is limited by distribution agreements between ourselves
and our suppliers as which countries we can supply goods to.
If there is no restriction, we are able to arrange shipment
by sea or air with one of our nominated shipping agents, or
can
deliver to your nominated shipping agent within Auckland.
