The Kemin Food Ingredients division offers a
comprehensive range of antioxidants and food protectants, including
the FORTIUM® range of natural antioxidants, EN-HANCE(™)
range of synthetic antioxidants and the SHIELD® range of antimicrobial
systems.
Oxidation can be a major challenge for food manufacturers, particularly in products
which containing moderate to high levels of fat, to ensure the product maintains
good flavour and colour. The Kemin FORTIUM® range of natural antioxidants
includes proprietary blends of Rosemary Antioxidants and other natural components
which can help extend the shelf life of many products.

supports Hawkins Watts New Zealand technically from
its facilities in Singapore. Kemin Singapore is able to analyse
customers samples and provide the best bespoke antioxidant recommendations
based on chemical
analysis and technical trials. This is a unique service.
