and has been supplying Hawkins Watts with product since 1994.
D.D.
Williamson sources annatto seeds from around the world and holds
large stocks of raw material in order to buffer any changes in
seed quality and market forces. This allows the company to achieve
consistent batch-to-batch results, despite seasonal variations
in raw materials.
The D.D. Williamson range now includes water-soluble
annatto liquids and powders as well as oil soluble solutions and
suspensions. D.D. Williamson produces specialty blends for applications
such as margarines, snack foods and processed cheese. |
