SOY
The three main ingredients derived from
soy are oil, protein and lecithin. Additional specialty ingredients,
such as natural Vitamin E and phytosterols, are also extracted
from soy.
Control of the supply chain, from the farmer
through to dispatch, allows ADM to also control the quality
of the final ingredient. ADM was one of the first companies
to develop the Hard Identity Preserved (IP) and the GMO DNA Negative process for soy products.
ADM is only one of four manufacturers of
natural Vitamin E worldwide, and offers a range of products
including mixed Tocopherols, d-alpha Tocopherols, tocopheryl
actetate powders and tocopherol succinate powders.
