Renee Pritchard |
Receptionist
Renee is our receptionist and usually the
first person you’ll talk to if you phone or visit
Hawkins Watts Ltd. Renee joined Hawkins Watts Ltd in
2008 and has experience in beverages, nutraceutical
and personal care products. If you are unsure as to
who to talk to, Renee will direct your inquiry to the
correct person. |

Jessica Brown |
Customer Services
Jessica joined Hawkins Watts Ltd in 2007
and has just completed her studies at Manukau Institute
of Technology. She coordinates current and forward
orders for dispatch from our warehouse to customers
around New Zealand. If you have an inquiry about an
order, please ask for Jessica.

Judy Mains |
Office Manager and Special Projects
Judy is our Office Manager and oversees the
administration aspects of the business. She is also
responsible for special projects such as computer and
systems upgrades. |

Debbie Julian |
Accounts and Finance
Debbie looks after the accounting side of
the company and is responsible for foreign exchange
dealings, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Previously Debbie worked in finance and debt collection. |

Natalie Statham |
Flavour Logistics
Natalie has been with HWL for over 11 years,
and manages our flavour stocks and operations. She
is responsible for the placement of all orders from
Symrise, shipping and logistics, and provides sales
support to Natasha. |

Caine Mangakahia |
Logistics, Health & Safety
Caine
joined Hawkins Watts Ltd in May 2007, with over 13 years
experience in logistics
and warehousing. He is currently working on operations
and warehousing projects, and is our Health & Safety
Co-ordinator. |

Filicity Ruiters |
Shipping and Logistics
Filicity is responsible for all non-flavour orders and logistics. She coordinates
all incoming orders from the placement of the order with our supply partners
and oversees their transport through to our warehouse. |

Alan Bulmer |
Senior Business Development Manager
Alan holds a B.Tech (Food Technology) and Dip. Business Studies (Marketing)
from Massey University. Alan has expertise in most ingredient categories,
especially hydrocolloids. He manages FMC BioPolymer (Carrageenan, Alginate,
MCC), Tro-Kost dehydrated vegetables, Cathay Industries artificial colour,
Cyanotech Spirulina and other nutraceutical portfolios. Alan is also a
key member of our acquisitions and growth team.
Alan is a professional member of IFT and was made a Fellow of the New Zealand
Institute of Food Science and Technology (FNZIFST) in 2006. |

Stuart Jones |
Business Development Manager
Stuart joined
Hawkins Watts after 15 years working in FMCG
manufacturing. He has a thorough grounding
in manufacturing, research and development,
sales and marketing and supply chain logistics.
Stuart's specialty area is processed meat
products. He is also responsible for our
supply partnerships with Kirsch Pharma and Kemin antioxidants. |

Sandra Murray |
Business Development Manager
Sandra holds
a B.HSc. (Food Science) from Otago University
and has worked in the food ingredients industry
for almost 20 years. Sandra is recognised
as one of New Zealand’s experts in
dairy applications, especially frozen desserts
and hydrocolloids. Sandra manages HWL’s
partnerships with ADM Cocoa, FKO, Palsgaard
and Herbstreith & Fox. |

Graeme Nealie |
Business Development Manager
Graeme graduated
from AIT with a NZCS in chemistry and has over
35 years experience with food ingredients and
personal care products. He joined Hawkins Watts
Ltd in 2007 following the acquisition of the
food ingredient division of Robert Importers.
Graeme has a wealth of experience in the flavours
and aromatics area, having worked closely with
suppliers such as Lionel Hitchens (Essential
Oils) Ltd for many years. He is also a professional
member of NZIFST. |

Natasha Sabatier |
Business Development Manager
Natasha joined Hawkins Watts in 2004 and
is responsible for the Symrise flavour range. She holds
a National Diploma in Food Technology from South Africa
and worked in technical sales in the United Kingdom
before moving to New Zealand. Natasha is currently
Chairman of the Auckland branch of NZIFST. |

Eva Lee |
Quality and Technical Service
Eva has a B.Sc in Food Technology and heads up our quality and technical
support team. She manages our product development program (where her expertise
is in dairy systems) and is also responsible for ensuring that our Food
Safety and quality systems continue to meet industry and customer requirements.
Eva also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin. |

Anabelle Boret |
Quality and Technical Service
Anabelle has a MSc in Food Engineering from Nantes, France and joined HWL
in October 2007. Anabelle is responsible for quality assurance, particularly
warehouse systems and product development involving flavours and colours.
Anabelle also speaks German. |

Peter Hawkins |
Managing Director
Peter
established HWL in November 1992 having previously been
with Pfizer for 15 years. While Peter’s emphasis
is towards working with our sales teams, he is also responsible
for administration, finance, HR and logistics.
In recognition
of his services to the NZ Food Industry, in 2003 Peter
was made a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Food
Science and Technology (FNZIFST). |

Paul Harrison |
Director
Paul
is a shareholder of HWL and has been with the company
since 1994. He holds a B.Technology degree
in Food Technology from Massey University. Prior to
joining the food ingredient industry, Paul worked in
Research and Development.
Paul is responsible for acquisitions & growth
for the Hawkins Watts group, quality & technical
service, strategic planning and marketing. Paul is
also responsible for new business development and Hawkins
Watts Australia.
In recognition of his services to
the NZ Food Industry, Paul was made a Fellow of the
New Zealand Institute of Food Science and Technology
(FNZIFST) in 2003. |
