Caramelised Sugars Aromatic, Flavour Caramelised Sugar Syrups from Felix Koch Offenbach (FKO) can be used to enhance the flavour of brandy, whiskey and liqueurs.    They can also be used to enhance coffee and herb flavours.
Cocoa Powder Colour, Flavour Premium cocoa powders such as De Zaan™ D-21-DL from ADM can provide rich flavour and colour to chocolate liqueurs.
Natural Colours, Artificial Colours Colour Hawkins Watts New Zealand offers a comprehensive range of natural and artificial colours for use in all beverage applications.

Mono-di glycerides Emulsifiers

The presence of ethanol can disrupt the emulsification properties of proteins in products such as cream liqueurs.
Palsgaard 0069 is a dispersible general-purpose emulsifier that can be used to improve emulsification and mouthfeel.
Flavours Flavour Symrise can provide authentic flavour systems for every type of alcoholic beverage - to help make superior tasting product.  Symrise have developed a range of specialised flavours that can smooth out the rough notes of various alcohols, or add flavour components that are distinct to different regions, such as adding distinct french oak notes to your whiskey.

Whether you are looking to add fresh fruit notes or add fullness and complexity to your spirits, Symrise have an extensive range of flavours for use specifically in alcoholic beverages.
Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC) Gums, hydrocolloids, thickeners, stabilisers FMC BioPolymer has a range of blends based around  Novagel Microcrystalline Cellulose which helps stabilise alcoholic beverages containing milk protein.
Propylene Glycol Alginate (PGA)   Protanal Ester Propylene Glycol Alginate from FMC BioPolymer is used to stabilise alcohol. 

Profoam offers improved stabilisation of beer foam, smaller bubbles with greater resiliency and enhanced clarity for an overall better quality beer.
Acesulphame K Sweeteners Acesulphame K is a high Intensity sweetener.
Dextrose   Dextrose monohydrate can be used for fermentation.
Fructose   Cornsweet Fructose from ADM is a crystalline sweetener with 1.2 to 1.6 times the sweetness of sucrose. ADM Cornsweet Fructose can be used in products where sweetness profile and glucose content need to be controlled.

ADM Cornsweet Fructose also has a low glycaemic index and can enhance the flavour profile in some products such as berry drinks.
Stevia   Stevia from Daepyung is a natural high-intensity sweetener and sugar substitute extracted from the Stevia plant with applications in low-sugar formulations. Stevia is stable in alcohol and at low pH levels.
Sucralose   Sucralose, a high Intensity sweetener, is also available.
Sweetness enhancer   SymLife® Sweet from Symrise is a flavouring which enhances sweetness, while allowing sucrose levels to be reduced by as much as 30%. SymLife® Sweet works well in combination with artificial sweeteners to help round out the aftertaste.
