Potassium Citrate, Sodium Citrate Acidity regulators, buffering agents Buffering agents such as sodium and potassium citrate can be added to stabilise pH.
Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid   Other food acids such as citric acid, tartaric acid and ascorbic acid can be added during crushing / de-stemming.
Potassium Bicarbonate   We also offer natural Potassium Bicarbonate (Cream of Tartar) for use in wine products.
Sodium Erythorbate Antioxidant Sodium erythorbate can be added after fermentation to help preserve the colour, flavour and clarity of wine and beer.
Natural Colours, Artificial Colours Colour Hawkins Watts New Zealand offers a comprehensive range of natural and artificial colours for use in all beverage applications.

Our suppliers, Cathay Industries, DD Williamson and FMC BioPolymer, cover the colour spectrum.

In addition we can offer a range of grape skin extracts and tannins.

Flavours Flavour Flavoured wine products have been available for many years. Symrise can provide a wide range of fruit and spice notes to complement wine based beverages.
Gelatine Gums, hydrocolloids, proteins, fining agents Rousselot offers a range of Gelatine products for wine fining, where gelatine acts to remove some of the phenolic compounds responsible for astringent taste and cloudiness. Rousselot offers a cold water soluble Collagen Hydrolysate or a low bloom Gelatine.

Gum Acacia   OENOGUMŪ from Nexira Food is a range of Gum Acacia products designed for the wine industry to stabilise wine clarity and enhance flavor. OENOGUMŪ does not contain sulphites, or any preservative, and its use is duly authorized by the INTERNATIONAL OENOLOGICAL CODEX.

Nexira Food offer four main Gum Acacia products for wine applications;
Oenogum S Filtra Clear is effective in stabilizing ultra-filtered wines.
Oenogum R Filtra Clear is used to improve roundness and softness in ultra-filtered wines.
Oenogum S aids stabilization of red and white wines
Oenogum R adds softness to red wines
Calcium Carbonate, Copper Sulphate, Potassium Bicarbonate Minerals Our range of minerals for wine products includes

Dextrose monohydrate Sweeteners Dextrose monohydrate can be used for fermentation. This material is packed in 25 kilogram bags and available ex stock.
Fructose   Cornsweet Fructose from ADM can be used in products where sweetness profile and glucose content need to be controlled.

ADM Cornsweet Fructose is a crystalline sweetener with 1.2 - 1.6 times the sweetness of sucrose. ADM Cornsweet Fructose also has a low glycaemic index and can enhance the flavour profile in some products such as berry drinks.
